  I have gone to the Terrell store ever since I've had Sprint and the management there has gone DOWN THE DRAIN!!! My mother told me about the Canton store and they not only helped me save money by lowering my bill but also saved money by even getting me a BETTER PHONE! What kind of wizardry is going on there?!?!? I think those guys deserve a raise and everyone should learn and take notes from those fellas. Jared, Eric and Steven are Amazing! Got my new phone with all of my information on it and the tunes out their in that store are great!

  Could have told the truth about a lot more than they did..... Told me it would be no problem getting a refund if I had no service..Now they say it could take up to 6 weeks.... Also told me it would be no problem switching my phone number back to the original serves that was a lie..... I had to go to Verizon get a new number other than that I haven’t had a problem..... So far I have no complaints on Verizon cost alittle more but well worth it!!!!! I felt like they were just telling me what ever they had to so I would be on board......
